we receive from you on applications. Information about your transactions
with us, or our affiliates. Information about your credit worthiness,
credit history, and other information we receive from a consumer
reporting agency.
- We may disclose all of the information that we obtain about you
described above, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer,
to our affiliates.
- We may disclose non public personal information about you, while you
are a consumer, customer, or former customer, to the following types of
third parties: Financial service providers such as, but not limited to
banks, credit unions, insurance providers, indirect lenders, credit
bureaus, etc.
- We restrict access to non public personal information about you to
those employees who need to know that information to provide products or
services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non public
personal information.

When, I the customer, select the "I Agree" button
on the application form to send the application to Woodway Car Center,
I acknowledge and agree that: I either printed a copy of this
disclosure or read the disclosure from Woodway Car Center
and accept and agree to the disclosure. I also agree that
Woodway Car Center. may submit this application to selected lenders.
